BlueTone TrueBlue Rewards Program

Terms and Conditions

BlueTone has designed a TrueBlue Rewards Program (the “Program”) to allow you to save even more money off your invoice. The Program is simple and provides as follows:

Enrollment: To enroll in the Program, you must log in to your online account and select “Enroll Now” in the TrueBlue Rewards tab. You must also agree to these terms and conditions.

Exclusivity of Program: The Program is not available to customers who are enrolled in BlueTone’s Circle of Friends Program or Refer a Friend Program. Customers enrolled in these programs must first un-enroll from them to enter the TrueBlue Rewards Program.

Rewards: The Program “Start Date” occurs on day one (1) of the first “Billing Cycle” after enrollment. After your Start Date, you will begin earning money back. You will earn 2% money back on all usage. “Usage” is defined as the amount charged for all minutes you use. After the first complete Billing Cycle, you may redeem your money back at any time as a bill credit simply by logging in to your online account. You may save your rewards to redeem at any time and they never expire.

Redemption: The rewards earned will be applied in the form of an account credit. To redeem your credits, log in to your online account, select the TrueBlue Rewards page and hit the “Redeem” button. All bill credits will be automatically applied to your invoice. The money back earned through the Program only allows you to obtain credits against your invoice and has no other money value. Additionally, before we credit your account with the money back earned, your account must be in good standing with no unpaid past due invoices.

Additional Benefits: Your enrollment in the Program also grants you an additional benefit. BlueTone will provide you with 30 free minutes during the billing period in which your birthday falls. If your birthday date is not on file with us, you will be granted 30 free minutes on the anniversary of your enrollment with the BlueTone Rewards Program. You are also free to participate in and benefit from all promotions offered by BlueTone throughout the course of the year.

If you terminate your Service, all accrued money back and/or free minutes are vacated and will not be applied to your final invoice. At Company’s discretion, if you reinstate your Services within sixty days of cancellation, your surrendered amounts will be added back to your account.
